Scriptures: Genesis 2 v 1 - 2: "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made."
Hebrews 4 v 3-4: "For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works."
Revelations 20 v 2 - 4: "And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years."
God created everything we know and see around us in 6 days. That was the 6 days until Adam and Eve were formed. And on the 7th day God rested. God ceased all activity and established that 7th day for when the time came for Israel to cease all work and spend that day in worship of God.
When Christians are born again they enter into a period of rest in Spirit which means they freely worship God every day. We are spiritually resting in Jesus Christ all the time. Physically and in our souls we continue to live and work but our spirits are seated in Christ in heavenly places. Jesus is in our hearts changing us into His likeness.
I have recently heard that our concept of the timeline of the Rapture, Armageddon, the Marriage and the 1000 years of peace are now history and we are living in the time when Satan is loosed out of his prison to deceive the Nations. Our experience of the Rapture was only spiritual but we are much further along in the timeline of the end than we know.
I utterly reject this false doctrine as right now the Euphrates River has dried up to allow the Eastern army to cross it for the Battle of Armageddon Revelation 16 v 12. So far the Antichrist has not been revealed and there has been no 7 year Peace Treaty between Israel and all Arab nations.
This false doctrine claims to be hastening the exit of believers from Babylon. However in Revelation 18 v 1 - 2 it says: "And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird."
We must test every doctrine according to the Word of God and are warned not to change one Word of it or all the plagues of Revelation will come upon whosoever attempts to deceive God's people.
The truth is we are waiting for the 7th millenium which is also known as the 1000 years of peace, so in God's heaven time its the 7th Day. The formula is - 1000 years equals 1 day.
2 Peter 3 v 8: "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day."
It is quite likely that the 6 days of creation also followed this formula and the actual timing was 6000 years to make a beautiful Earth.
In John 17 v 4 - 5: "I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was."
The works were finished from the creation of the world. The Lamb was slain from the creation of the world (Rev 13v8). This time span on earth time is a slow motion action replay of the events that happened in the 6 Days from the fall of Satan from Heaven to the end of the Creation in Genesis 1. We have already lived the 6000 years and are waiting for it to end.
Ephesians 1 v 3 - 4: "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:"
Things happened to us, and to Jesus before Eden ever happened. We were chosen to love Jesus and be holy BEFORE the foundation of the world. God knew us and loved us long before Eden was prepared for the first parents. We came from Heaven and we want to go back there but Satan tampered with our memories and brainwashed us to reject God and shattered us with his evil intentions. From the moment of the Rapture we will forever be with the Lord.
Now we have been saved, healed, delivered and made whole. The 1000 years of peace, the Seventh Day, are for believers only. It is when the Bridegroom reunites with His Bride, Israel, and all the issues between them are resolved.
There will be no death, disease, poverty or divorce. There will be no wars, no demons, no famine, no theft or corruption. There will be no governments for the Lamb of God is the King of Kings. He will be our only King forever. There will be love, peace and perfect harmony. The lion will lie down with the lamb. Plants will no longer be poisonous, there will be no drugs like cocaine, heroin, crystal meth, dagga or opium. The only drinks will be pure crystal clear water and the new wine.
Insects will not bite or sting, and mosquitoes will not whine; flies will not infect with germs. There will be no germs, no corruption, no heart attacks, pandemics or HIV AIDS in the 1000 years of peace. No type of illness at all. No hospitals or funeral parlours, just perfection.
The seas and rivers, lakes and streams will be free of all impurities and pollution. Fish will resume their proper breeding and the oceans will teem with fish.
The air we breathe will be fresh and smoke free for all to enjoy. Sharks will be tame.
Everyone will work for the same salary. The Lamb will own everything. We will live under a theocracy which is the best form of government. We will be one people under Jesus. There will be no separate nations.
Any mentally, emotionally or physically challenged believer will be made whole. In fact every awful thing Satan did to us in the Six Days he held us hostage will be wiped out as if it never happened. In that same Six Days God made the Earth beautiful. For us.
We will live like kings on the Earth till the 1000 years are over. A time of living in Eden before mankind fell. There will be no sin of any kind at this time, no alcohol, no cigarettes, no cursing, no witchcraft, sorcery or satanism. No lies or deceit or fraud. Everyone will love and trust each other. Our dead family members will be alive with us on Earth. So there will be no tears, sorrow or mourning.
What a wonderful life it will be.
A life without weapons, guns, knives, cannons or tanks. No army or navy or airforce. No nuclear threat, no fear of kidnapping, hijacking or rape. No need for high walls or electric fences. There will be no fear of anything ever again. It will be perfect as God made it before satan destroyed everything.
Prayer: Heavenly Father we yearn for these halcyon days in which we will rebuild the waste places together with Jesus. It is up to us to show those on the outside what they will be missing. Help us O Lord to do Your will. In Jesus' name. Amen.
