If you are not familiar with the concept of these Trees
(previous Trees are Rejection, Bitterness, Pride, Life, Rebellion, published on
this blog) you should look at the picture of the Tree and see the fruit growing
on it. If it applies to your life then you need to examine the roots. These must
die to be free of the fruit. If you prune the fruit you get more and bigger
fruit.
The Tree of Sexual Sin is an indication that sexual sin
is rife in the Church as well as in the world. This is an area that few want to
face but the plight of molested Catholic boys is echoed in many other if not
all denominations.
Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount that if a man even
looks at a woman with lust in his mind he has committed adultery with her
already. All the girlie magazines like Playboy are tools of Satan to keep you
sinful. Feasting on pornography and other perversions destroys your soul and
takes you into perversions that are worse than drug addiction.
The Teen sex explosion is fuelled by the use of media,
cellphones, peer pressure, drugs and alcohol. The spirit of lust in their
parents is inherited by the children to their shame. It is time to turn the
world upside down in the area of fornication and lust because it is totally
unacceptable Christian practice and those who are under its power and unrepentant
will hear God say on Judgment Day "I never knew you" before their
eternity in Hell begins.
How do we fight this battle to save ourselves and our
children from the power of sin and Satan? How do we stop the enemy in his
tracks?
Its not easy but it can be done. First remove every bit
of porn from your computer, phone, wherever else its stored and burn all
photos, magazines etc that are lustful. Remove lustful paperbacks, music that
incites lust, contacts off your phone who send videos etc of porn and
perversions. Be ruthless.
Repent before Jesus of all wrongful sexual behaviour and
fantasies and ask to be released of the demons of lust, fornication and power.
You cannot deal with your children or anyone else until you are totally clean.
As Jesus said, Get the log out of your eye before removing the splinter from
another's.
Then let the light that is in you spill over to your
children and bring them before the Throne of God for His wisdom and guidance in
how to reach them.
Remember that your soul is the devil's playground. Your
soul consists of your mind, emotions and will and the enemy is the author of

Satan knows exactly how to tweak your feelings so that
adulterous affairs just feel so right God must be blessing them! He knows how
to flood your mind with lustful thoughts and bind your will to his evil plans
for your life.
Only Jesus knows how to outwit him and He has given us
gifts and insight for spiritual warfare but very few churches teach on this

When you receive Jesus as Saviour and Lord every sin is
forgiven and washed away by His Blood. We are told that we must work out our
own salvation with fear and trembling in Phillipians 2 v 12 - 15. That means we
need to be delivered from evil spirits now that Jesus has broken Satan's power
over us. It is an ongoing process which
has the goal of turning us into the likeness of Jesus Christ.
There are great victories and some failures but keep your
eyes on Jesus and He will always help you. He will never leave you nor forsake
you.
Prayer: Heavenly Father forgive me for any and every form
of sexual sin I have committed. Please wash me in the Blood of Jesus to cleanse
my spirit, soul and body of all lust. Please deliver me from the demons I
invited to control me through indulging in these sins, and set me free to live
a holy and pure life. In Jesus' name. Amen.
