Right or Wrong Bible

Scripture: 2 Timothy 3 v 16:

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."

Jesus says in John 14 v 6 that He is the way, the truth, and the life, an no-one comes to the Father except through Him. This is a very strong word from the Lord Himself concerning truth. It is vitally important for our faith that we can believe the one standard God has given us - His Word in written form.

Moses got the 10 Commandments which were written by the finger of God. The Holy Bible was written by the inspiration of God. The original texts were the true foundation and substance of it. These originals were guarded and copied by the early Christians called the Waldensians, who had to hide these manuscripts in the Alps.

The Romans under Constantine, the first actual Pope, got Eusebius to make him 50 Bibles put together by Gnostics in Egypt using a false text doctored by Origen. This is the Bible now used by the Roman Catholic Church. They hated the Waldensians and their proper text and had many murdered to destroy the true Bible. However God preserved His Word and the best English translation is the King James Bible. The New King James by Nelson is the modern translation of it. It is based on the manuscripts of the Waldensians.

The many modern translations of the Bible have been copied from the Origen version, but the Dead Sea Scrolls found in Qumrum caves in 1947 confirm that the King James version is 100% accurate. In the Origen versions in many places the name of Jesus is written as "he" and 1 John 5 v 7 is omitted.

We need to know we can trust the Word that will bring us the way and the truth so be sure that the Word you are reading and studying was inspired by our God and not a gnostic who chopped and changed parts he didn't agree with.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, we rely on the accuracy of Your Word to keep us on the right path so help us to read the Bible that carries Your full anointing of truth. In Jesus' name. Amen.
