Christian's Arise!

Christian's Arise!

Scripture: Romans 8 v 19:
"For the earnest expectation of the creation waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God."

The whole of creation is waiting expectantly for something amazing to happen. All the promises of God; His mighty works; His salvation is building up to a magnificent climax - the manifestation of the sons of God.

These are the ones who will be the most anointed Christians in that they will have the fullness of the Holy Spirit in and upon them. They will be bold and fearless in the face of the enemy. They will be like Moses declaring God's punishments on Pharoah; David overcoming Goliath, and Saul; Samson defeating the Philistines; Daniel surviving the lions.

We are waiting for these uncompromising holy and righteous people to rise up and unite the body of Christ and bring direction to the Church. The divisions that drive us apart must be seen for what they are - man-made doctrines and traditions that would cause Jesus to overthrow many tables in many churches.

Be ready to rise up in unity against a common enemy who has lulled you with lies; coiled himself around a tree in your garden; made himself invisible and a myth. He is prowling to see who he can devour.  The battle is raging for souls to be won or lost while we squabble over the pettiest things.

The things that divide Christians is what men have added to the Bible and fiercely defend. They are called traditions by the various sects of the Church. The Roman Catholic Church has any number of these false traditions some around the cult of Mary worship. More than 50% of their legacy comes from a Babylonian root which renders their beliefs unchristian.

Mary worship puts her as Co-Saviour with Jesus for our salvation. It elevates her to Goddess stature. She also ascended to heaven - its called The Assumption of Mary. And it is an assumption as its not true. Purgatory is not in the Bible, nor infant baptism, but they are traditions believed today.

Infant baptism filtered down into the mainline churches and was strongly supported by Calvin. Any attempt to prove him wrong is highly resisted. No matter that the Bible says repent and be baptized which can only be done by a person who understands sin and its consequences. As Jesus said: you make the Word of God of no effect by your tradition.

If something in your belief system is contrary to what God says plainly in His Word then is it God who is wrong? If we were meant to worship Mary as a way of salvation it would be clear in the Word of God. If we were meant to christen babies at 3 months old it would be a strong Word from God. These wrong beliefs hold Christians back when God is calling us to rise.

There are many other false doctrines abounding in Charismatic churches like sending angels to do your bidding; the false Toronto blessing; teaching there is no rapture; positive confession (much praying as the heathen do); turning back to the Jewish Law and many other instances that cause confusion and division in the Body.

Jesus is coming to separate the sheep from the goats and His judgment will begin first in the house of God. The Sheep will have come out of every false thing and be united in love, joy, peace and truth with strong faith in the Living God. The Goats will be clinging to man's doctrines and revelations that flow out of ignorance and arrogance. They will be discarded by Jesus who said there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

The manifestation of the sons of God will arise and stun the world in the last outpouring of the Holy Spirit in true revival that will bring forth the whole, healed, functioning Body of Jesus Christ. They are the Overcomers who have found the true faith that was delivered to the early disciples.

Prayer: Father God, we long for the sons of God to manifest as we shall arise as soldiers of the Cross to herald the true revival that unites us. We pray for all believers to throw off the shackles of religion and embrace the light of truth in Your Word, as Martin Luther did against Rome.  In Jesus' name. Amen.
