Scripture: Daniel 7 v 9 - 11: "I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. I beheld then, because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame."
The whole of Daniel 7 is given to this vision and it is of the rise of the Antichrist and the judgment upon of Jesus Christ upon him and those who follow the beast.
This morning when I woke up I was aware of the Lord impressing upon me through discerning of spirits that Satan was blocking or preventing a huge crowd of people from confessing their sins. When my prayer partner arrived we were given verse 9 -10 above as confirmation.
We prayed for several hours as guided by the Holy Spirit, and were shown that many were bewitched into false beliefs. The strongest sin shown was the undermining of true ministers of God, followed by hatred, anger and persecution of Christians. There was very strong resistance from those we were praying for. The Lord Jesus Christ showed us they were facing God's judgment, physical death and eternal death.
There were many who began to yield. They were calling upon Jesus to save them. They confessed their sins and forgave those who had hurt them. I heard them take back and cancel curses they had made upon people.
Another group the Holy Spirit showed me was those who have reverted to being under the Law, keeping Sabbath, and all the Jewish feasts. As Paul said in Galatians 3, who has bewitched you that you should not obey the truth? Did you receive the Holy Spirit by the works of the law or by the hearing of truth? The law saved no one, it can only show that you are sinners. Jesus wants you to return to the truth.
There was a release of glorious power from God. It was like a shimmering golden wave that flowed outwards from His throne.
It was a great and humbling privilege to behold His glory. I wanted to share it with you so that you will know that your prayers for many lost souls are being answered. You may even feel the release of blockages some laid upon you, and be healed of some ailments. The Holy Spirit is moving powerfully today to bless the children of God.
I added verse 11 because I want you to never fear the Antichrist nor the Beast. Before Jesus Christ was manifested in the flesh on Earth, Daniel saw the destruction of him and his followers. If you follow Jesus and obey the will of the Father, you will be strengthened to withstand the wiles of the Devil.
An interesting observation from verse 9 is the description of Jesus. There are 3 other descriptions of Him, two in His pre-incarnate state and one in His resurrected life in Heaven. In Daniel 9; Ezekiel 1 v 26 - 28; and Revelation 1 v 11 - 18. A comparison of these four passages will reveal the glory of our King to you. Daniel called Him the Ancient of Days, and in Micah 5 v 2, He is known as the one who went forth from ancient times, from time immemorial. Who was, and Is and Is to come!
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I ask that everyone who reads this message today will earnestly pray for all those who Jesus laid on my heart this morning. Pray that their salvation is real to them, and for spiritual growth. Pray for those who continued to resist the Holy Spirit, to yield and repent before God. Let's deny Satan of these souls! In Jesus' name. Amen.
