Be Likeminded

Scripture: Philippians 1 v 27:  "Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel."
Philippians 2 v 2: "Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind."
1 Corinthans 2 v 16: "For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ."


In order to achieve the universal unity of the Body of Christ we have to be likeminded. And we need to have the mind of Christ to become of one mind.  This means that we all have to have the same understanding, interpretation and application of the doctrines of the Bible. There needs to be One universal Church, an invisible yet fully functioning body of saints who live like the first disciples did, by pure, unadulterated faith in Jesus Christ.

They did not have modern technology, cars, computers, internet, smart phones or TV yet those first twelve turned the world upside down. They were sent by, and empowered by, the Holy Spirit to preach the gospel with signs following.

Everywhere they went there were mighty miracles that drew thousands of sinners to believe in Jesus. They did not hold evangelical meetings in their churches, they went out to where the unsaved were, evangelised them and brought them in. The church is the sanctuary for believers, and only the saved Christians should be in it.

The invisible body of Christ is being built by Jesus, and peopled by Christians of different backgrounds, countries, races, and languages. They have a common understanding of what needs to be done to bring about revival and evangelism in the last days. They are likeminded about the truth of Jesus and there is no division among them.

They function without knowing all the other members. They follow the Lamb and stay out of churches that are involved in false doctrines, false prophets and traditions of men. They are filled with the Holy Spirit, Who keeps them connected at a higher level than broadband ever will.  They are not signed up for the heretical Interfaith churches that make up the core of the Antichrist's One World Religion.

The false Interfaith adherents will happily take the mark of the Beast which will doom them for all eternity. The true church will be Raptured to meet Jesus in the air above Earth for a glorious reunion. Interfaith followers will eventually come under Sharia Law of islam and will deal with any true Christians like ISIS does today.

Those who come to believe in Jesus after the Rapture, and because they saw the truth, and who then refuse the mark of the beast, will eventually be martyred. They will join the invisible body in the air above Earth at the Great Feast. When the world's armies begin the Battle of Armageddon against Israel, Jesus and all the saints with Him will land in their midst and destroy that army in one moment of time.

Jesus is already sorting the sheep from the goats for He knows who are His because they are already likeminded about Him, Heaven, sin, the Devil, and follow His teachings without twisting His Word to suit their philosophies.

If you don't yet know if your name is in the Lamb's Book of Life, then it probably isn't. Only those who are written in His book will spend eternity with Him. Please make sure for your life depends on it. Mistakes cannot be rectified later.

Just remember that Jesus said in Matthew 7 that not everyone who calls Him Lord will make it to Heaven, only those who do the will of the Father in Heaven will come home. Revelation 21 v 8:

"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

Isaiah 55 v 7: "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon."

Jesus died to save us from the second death, the choice is up to you.  God the Father is most merciful and forgiving.  The Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth.  These three make up the Trinity of God.

Prayer: Father God, we know people whose names are not written in the Lamb's Book of Life, who will end up in the lake of fire. If we truly love You, who sent Jesus to save us, we would do everything we could to reach them. We don't want to be labelled 'goats' by You because we refused to share the truth with them. Ignite our hearts Father to go out to them in the power of the Holy Spirit and bring them home. In Jesus' name. Amen.
