Scripture: Joel 2 v 28 - 31: "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come."
Colossians 1 v 14 - 16: "In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:"
Jesus Christ is not only the Saviour of the world, He is the Creator of all things that are in Heaven and on Earth. How mighty is the One who chose to be born in a stable as a human to experience our pain, and die a shameful death to give us life?
He put the signs in the Heavens at the time of Creation for us to observe and believe in the time of His return and other momentous events. Tomorrow America goes dark in the first full eclipse of the Sun observed from within the States for 99 years.
The Sun, moon, and stars are not to be used as astrological predictions and star signs, that is the tactics of the enemy and forbidden to believers.
Isaiah 47 v 11 -13: "Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know.
12 Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.
13 Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee."
So Jesus factored in eclipses, comets, blood moons, planets, stars to inform us of things He knew the God of this world, Satan, the Prince of darkness, has hidden from us. Satan has tried desperately to hide the true and almighty love of God from us. He has caused billions of people to follow false religions to blind them to the truth about Jesus.
The sarcasm of the prophet Isaiah in that last sentence is exactly what our God wants to convey. Astrology, fortune telling, star sign predictions, omens etc are all false and will bring torment and hurt. Stay away from the works of evil. Do not indulge in the horrors of vampires, sorcery and witchcraft on tv and movies. It opens our souls to darkness which may take years to manifest but it will only bring you down and fill you with sorrow.
Satan usurped authority over this world from Adam and within 1000 years has so corrupted mankind that God had to destroy them with a flood, sparing only one righteous family. At another time, even Abraham pleading with God to spare Sodom and Gomorrah if there were ten righteous people left in the city, saw fire rain down and destroy them.
America has a history of Christian principles which have eroded over the years into a mish-mosh of beliefs that are generally nothing more than self-help programs which have dismally failed to make real changes. The darkening of the Sun tomorrow is a direct message to America that they have eclipsed the Son of God and blotted out His Light.
There are threats against America from Islamic invasion of cities and states already using Sharia Law to bring their (peaceful?) religion on the rest of the nation. There are threats from the nuclear arsenal of unstable North Korea with missiles now able to strike American territory. The new president, Donald Trump is being battered by the media and Democrats because he is a Christian who upholds Israel and is trying to restore America to its Christian tradition.
He is tackling the migrants, militants and Muslims head on and getting the backlash with very little support because so many so-called Christians are following false doctrines, false prophets and false teachers. The Church has lost its ability to discern right from wrong and has had its candlestick removed. They are too blinded by self to notice that their Light is out.
The push for Interfaith has caused the darkness to descend. One of the things God hates is the mingling of false with truth. He calls it "strange fire". Numbers 3 v 3 - 4: "These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests which were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the priest's office.
4 And Nadab and Abihu died before the LORD, when they offered strange fire before the LORD, in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children: and Eleazar and Ithamar ministered in the priest's office in the sight of Aaron their father."
Strange fire that our God, who changes not, will judge with death because He will not allow anything unrighteous or tainted in Heaven. Revelations 21 v 27: "And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life."
Christians who have the love of Jesus flowing in their hearts are trying to warn and help those caught in Satan's lies, and are condemned as evil haters of mankind, but God will uphold them on the Day that matters most. The Day of Judgment. And this message is not only for America but every nation on Earth. Check out those things you all believe and make sure it lines up with the Manufacturer's Handbook. That is The Holy Bible. It is the Word of God and every word is true and tested.
There will be more signs in the heavens. On September 15th 2017 another Blood Moon lunar eclipse on the Jewish Day of Atonement. Jesus made atonement between Christians and our Father by removing the blockage of sin. We must repent now as we do not need to wait for a special day, His ear is always open to true repentance from any sinner. Clear the debris, invite Jesus into your heart, be washed in the Blood of the Lamb. You are born again and your name is in the Lamb's Book of Life. It's that simple.
Prayer: Heavenly Father I pray that the meaning of tomorrow's eclipse of the Sun will stir the hearts of people to look to the Son who saved them from eternal death. Let His Light shine into their hearts and revive them so that they will not be missing when the roll is called up yonder. In Jesus' name. Amen.
