Scripture: Jeremiah 37 v 7 - 9: "Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say to the king of Judah, that sent you unto me to enquire of me; Behold, Pharaoh's army, which is come forth to help you, shall return to Egypt into their own land.
8 And the Chaldeans shall come again, and fight against this city, and take it, and burn it with fire.
9 Thus saith the LORD; Deceive not yourselves, saying, The Chaldeans shall surely depart from us: for they shall not depart."
Matthew 24 v 9 -11: "Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many."
The words that leapt from the passage in Jeremiah was in verse 9 - Deceive not yourselves, the Chaldeans shall not depart. So who are these Chaldeans of ancient times and why should they concern us today?
Daniel 2 v 2 throws some light upon it: "Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king."
The Chaldeans were associated with the Babylonian priesthood and were linked with astrology, sorcery, black magic and wizardry. And they have never left. The names have changed somewhat but the occult alternative to truth is now found in the New Age teachings.
These practices lead to a development of mind control techniques such as seen in The Manchurian Candidate and The Bourne Legacy movies where exceptional people have been altered 'just a little bit' to give them extraordinary abilities.
I have shared about the first MAN Adam in Eden and the second MAN Jesus Christ, as written in 1 Corinthians 15 v 45 - 47: "And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven."
The first Adam created in the likeness and image of God, lost something huge when he submitted to Satan, the stature of being a man in God's image. He became the prototype of something less than that perfection which was downloaded onto every descendant. Genetically and spiritually.
Jesus is the only child ever born who did not have a human Father, He is the only begotten Son of our Heavenly Father. He came to restore that missing ingredient through His death and Resurrection. In very very simple terms on the Cross He drew all men (people) to Himself and rebooted the human race when He resurrected.
It only applies to those who are born again and baptised i.e. a personal reboot to reconnect to the Father. This is called being a new creation. All the faults, bugs, sins, errors have been deleted in the reboot. We are spiritually upgraded to the Manufacturer's original settings. To this is added the power, fruit, gifts of the Holy Spirit to enhance our abilities back to what the first Adam was given.
Back to the Chaldeans. These arrived to try to find a back door to regain the powers that Adam forfeited in Eden. All the religions, cults, sects, brotherhood, and deviations from the truth were incubated in the Tower of Babel. It was not only an observatory for astrology but a temple for rites, rituals, human sacrifices and every foul and evil thing to give them power through fear over other humans.
Out of these Chaldeans has come every type of contradiction to the existence of God and the manifestation of Jesus Christ. Out of them came the seeds of Antisemitism. Shem was the son of Noah who was one of the survivors of the Flood. He was still one who lived for hundreds of years in his full strength.
The Chaldeans hated him and his descendants, the Jews, because he personally killed their champion, Nimrod, aka the god Baal, in Egypt, and sent his chopped up body parts to all the countries he defeated in such sadistic manner. They cursed him and his descendants for eternity and these decrees are still effective today among the Arab nations who descended from the Chaldeans.
This old Babylonian religion is still with us disguised as a Christian church namely the Roman Catholic Church, which started out well but within 400 years had reformed with half Christian and half Babylonian traditions. The names of the Babylonian high priest was Pope and Pontiff. The high hats were to honour Dagon the Fish god.
The vestal virgins became nuns. The celibate priesthood of the Babylonians continues to this day. The baptism of babies with water sprinkled on their heads was what happened when infants were sacrificed in the fires of Baal. They were named, purified with water on their heads and tossed into the flaming mouth of Baal. It's sickening and what spirit comes upon babies still being "christened" like this. Nothing from Heaven that's for sure.
I recently ministered to a young Christian woman who wanted to be baptised. A few years before she had taken her children to be christened. She asked the priest to baptize her. He dipped his finger in holy water and made the sign of the cross on her forehead. From that moment this woman was tormented about doubts of God's existence. When we prayed to reverse this baptism and cut it off she had a very powerful dizzy spell but has not been tormented again. A strong demon of doubt and unbelief left her.
My friends, we are in a war against unseen forces that want to destroy us completely. We have been brainwashed from birth to not believe in mythical beings like demons, the devil, Hell etc. We can believe in God but mainly to blame Him for all that's wrong with this world. Jesus calls Satan the god of this world. He is the thief that came to kill, maim and destroy. If we want to survive we need to know these things.
God laments in Hosea 4 v 6: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."
Our God blames the priesthood for false knowledge being taught which causes His people to be destroyed. God rejects these priests, pastors, teachers and their descendants. It is a dangerous thing to alter the Word of God or to mingle His truth with the doctrines of demons.
Those who are blessed with obedience and walk in truth will bring these warnings to those who are going astray. The false teachers, and false prophets, will uphold all errors and persecute the righteous.
This week I was interceding in prayer against high level witchcraft being used to shield our corrupt president and his cronies from prosecution. Minutes later less than two metres from where I was sitting, there was a fast as lightning shimmering in the air. Immediately there was a faint pop sound and on the floor a pile of bird dung! Out of thin air! Right before my eyes!
After that big surprise the Lord informed me that my prayers had caused the witches to pick up my whereabouts and try to kill me, but He had blocked that demon and it had become a pile of bird dung. Now that's what I call Glory to the King! Apparently the witches are still waiting for the demon to return with good news about my demise. Jesus fights our battles and protects us before we even know there is a problem.
The New Age doctrines have fully infiltrated the church everywhere. We have to know the Bible very well and follow it faithfully to be able to protect ourselves from the wiles of the devil. The Bible is our sword but if its rusty or unused it will not help us. We also need the full power of the Holy Spirit and His gift of discerning good and evil to be alerted to danger.
As a watchman or Intercessor I have to be continually at my watch post and give warning when trouble is on the horizon. If I don't I am declared guilty with those who deceive. If people don't heed the alarms the responsibility is upon their own heads. Read Ezekiel 33 for the full commands of the Lord for watchmen.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, our eyes are upon the skies watching for the return of Jesus, but while we wait for Him, we are mindful of the many who have strayed from Your ways into the secret occult activities started by the Chaldeans and still with us today. Open their eyes and ears to the truth o Lord and set them free. I especially pray for every baby that has been baptized the Babylonians way to be released from any spirit causing a blockage to the knowledge of God's existence. In Jesus' name. Amen.
