Scripture: 1 John 1 v 1 - 3: "That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ."
Let us agree with God our Father that He is real! The Bible is His Word, and the Word is His Son, Jesus Christ, who was sent to this Earth to reveal the love and goodness of God.
To be in agreement with God it is essential to be out of agreement with the world, and the views of those who are still part of the world. Everyone in the world who is not born again is part of the enemy camp, the camp is controlled by Satan.
The Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Satan are at perpetual war. Satan has set his sights on ruling the universe by overthrowing the Throne of God. God's Kingdom is filled with light, truth, love, peace, life, kindness, goodness, patience and faith.
Satan's Kingdom is filled with darkness, lies, hatred, murder, death, disease, malice, spite, venom, corruption, theft, underhand dealings, and religion that denies Jesus Christ is Lord.
The enemy cleverly disguises himself as someone wise, genuine and with understanding until those who follow him are ensnared in false and fake lifestyles they have to conceal from any rightful authority. Most people think Satan is a myth and often talk of demons as some kind of meltdown affecting famous people, sportspersons, or the like.
"He really needs to overcome the demons in his head when on the tennis court/cricket pitch, to win at this level." Or, "She needs to go into rehab, those demons have got her drinking again!" This is all true but is spoken as just some affliction that can be cured medically or psychologically.
The reality is that only Jesus Christ, risen from the dead, has power over demon spirits. Only He can totally defeat them. He has given us His authority, and to use His name, to overcome all evil. However, we must be in agreement with God, in submission to Jesus to be effective warriors. Not like the sons of Sceva who attempted to deliver a demon-possessed man by invoking the name of Jesus, whom Paul preaches. The demon said, Jesus I know, and Paul I have heard of but who are you? And he leaped on them and they were left naked and wounded. They had no agreement with God to use the name of Jesus.
Christians belong to God and are citizens of Heaven from the moment they are born again. There is no other way to get to Heaven. Christians are called saints when their names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life. This is their passport and visa into God's Kingdom.
Matthew 18 v 18 - 20: "Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."
We are called upon to bind demons and their agendas against us, which paralyses them. Jesus says if we bind them on Earth, they are bound in heaven, meaning their domain above Earth. Whatever we loose on Earth, that means people and situations that have been bound by demons, will be loosed from Satan's power in his domain.
So if we pray for someone bound by alcoholism, we bind the demon of alcohol so it cannot influence its victim. If it is also bound in heaven it cannot call up reinforcements to keep that soul addicted. Then we loose the victim of his or her bonds and see the victory of Jesus. It is not always instantaneous, the enemy sometimes causes resistance in the victim, but by Faith, in agreement with God, keep praising the Lord for a miracle.
This deliverance works on drug addicts, demonic illnesses like epilepsy, diabetes, cancer, each of these and others have a signature smell or an aura. That indicates a demonic presence. The same applies to
witches and warlocks, false gods like Buddha or Hindu, and it is seen in scripture in Hebrews 5 v 14: "But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil."
The world is not the Earth. The Earth is the planet God chose to beautify and make inhabitable for mankind. It produces the food and water and air that sustains life. We are here to be brought back to life through the Blood of Jesus and forgiveness of sin. Our lives are hid with Christ in God, and we are His ambassadors.
The world is Satan's system for controlling the citizens of his kingdom, called sinners. He must prevent at all costs letting them hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and be saved. He knows every word in the Bible and brainwashed his subjects with the very opposite. As the time of the end draws nearer so the gap between truth and lies widens.
With the Arab nations starting to make peace with Israel, the day is approaching when the Seven Year Peace Treaty between Israel and ALL Arab nations will be signed. The seven year tribulation period will start at that same moment.
We are in the curtain-raiser stage with abnormal weather, ultra high temperatures, causing havoc in the USA and Britian plus the rest of Europe. Yesterday, in London, Google and Oracle had to shut down their computers because of the heat. In England fires broke out and destroyed 60 homes. In Portugal and Spain wild fires have broken out in hundreds of places with many lives lost. When the full tribulation arrives these adverse experiences will seem like a picnic.
Jesus said there will be wars and rumours of wars. Putin has just made it known that he is not stopping at conquering Eastern Ukraine, he is going further. Some reports say his army is shedding their uniforms and trying to mingle with Ukrainians. Some have headed home to mama on leave but have no intention of returning. Rumours or truth? Time will tell.
If we are in agreement with our God we know that everything is unfolding as it should. Whether born again Christians live or die we will spend eternity with Jesus. These are the things He said would come just before His return to Earth. We have a high expectancy of His soon arrival and I urge everyone to tell whoever you can reach that its time to be ready for rescue.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, we are in total agreement with You and with every word in the Bible. It is truth and no lie and we believe it and do what it says to keep our lives in harmony with You. Help us reach the lost in this world and change their destination before the end comes. In Jesus' name. Amen.
