Scripture: Revelation 12 v 9: "And the great dragon was cast out (of heaven), that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."
Ephesians 6 v 12: "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood (people), but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
The word "Occult" means hidden or secretive, which leads us to darkness and what lies beneath. Occult practices and religions originated in the East ie Asia, where the Dragon is worshipped. The Holy Spirit in Acts 16 twice forbade Paul to go into Asia. He knows the spiritual battleground that exists there.
Africa was not called Darkest Africa because its inhabitants were black but because of the dark practices of voodoo, sorcery and witchcraft that encompass this continent. And all these Eastern and African practices have spread throughout the world and become norms.
Towards the end of Revelations a mighty angel shouts Babylon is fallen, is fallen! And that city is the true origin of ancient occultism. The tower of Babel was an early planetarium to study the stars for astrological and divination (telling the future) purposes. God had to try stem the occult tide by changing their languages so they could not understand each other.
Daniel 2 v 1 - 2: "And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him.
2 Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king."
The King of Babylon had forgotten his dream and expected his occult advisers to remember it for him. The Chaldeans were deep into the Satanic dark arts but even they were unable to recall it. Because they were useless the King ordered all the wise men throughout Babylon to be killed.
Daniel 2 v 18 - 19: "That they would desire mercies of the God of heaven concerning this secret; that Daniel and his fellows should not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
19 Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven."
V 27 - 29: "Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king;
28 But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;
29 As for thee, O king, thy thoughts came into thy mind upon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he that revealeth secrets maketh known to thee what shall come to pass."
This chapter shows how our God can know everything but the Kingdom of darkness flounders. It fails. Our God does not want us to be caught up in the lies of the world. When we open the door to deception we become seriously confused.
There was much witchcraft, sorcery and astrology in Babylon that has migrated far and wide. It is now flourishing in Rome under the guise of the Roman Catholic Church whom God in Revelations calls the Great Whore that sits on 7 mountains. Over 1 billion Catholics are trapped in this occult system.
Mother Theresa was sanctified as a Catholic saint for her humanitarian work among the poor Hindus in India. She said that her work had flourished because she never converted one Hindu to Christianity. That is the saddest thing I have heard about her ministry. But converting any from Hinduism, a deeply occult religion, to Roman Catholicism is no conversion at all.
In 2 Corinthians 6 v 14 - 18: "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty."
Our God through the Apostle Paul calls the occult religions unclean and not to be touched. Everyone who has participated in the Toronto Blessing or Catch the Fire meetings has been compromised by dark spirits of the occult.
Anyone who has sent out angels to do tasks for themselves or others is operating in a spirit of witchcraft. Please understand this truth as you will stand before the Judgment Seat of the Almighty for practising occult deception under the guise of Christianity.
Christians who dabble in the occult by reading their horoscopes or doing martial arts, Transcendental Meditation, yoga, or visualisation techniques are confusing themselves and following after another god. Jesus said that we cannot serve two masters.
Matthew 6 v 24: "No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."
I discovered that the names of the star signs are all ruling demons. Cancer the crab is a ruling demon and over the past few years it has been noted with alarm that all forms of cancer are becoming epidemic. The ruling spirit of Cancer has free reign. Until Christians put this and other demon rulers to the sword they will mock us and kill us.
So many pooh pooh the existence of demons but we were asked to pray and intercede for a man who for no medical reason had slipped into a coma. All we knew about him was his name and that he was a martial arts instructor.
Two demons immediately came to mind - both ruling occult spirits. The Kundalini at base of spine is also known as prana or The Force and is the Ki that martial arts practitioners bow down to; plus Rege, the ruling spirit of the occult who resides in the brain. When these two ruling demons link up through special breathing exercises then feats of speed, power and combat can be performed. Also astral projection, levitation, divination and acupuncture.
All spinal problems originate from the Kundalini; all brain related problems come from control of Rege.
We prayed for this comatose man and a lady in England, who intercedes with us, did great battle under much pain for this man, who the following day woke up from his coma and was out of ICU sending sms etc to friends. The doctors were baffled but Jesus knew exactly what had put him in coma and called in His warriors to fight in prayer to release him from occult bondage.
When we follow a foreign god we step into the unknown and gamble with our lives. We don't see the danger, the minefield we run across never knowing when one will explode beneath us. God gives clear warnings but too few even listen and think that super grace will cover their misdemeanours.
Revelations 21 v 27: "And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life."
People who mingled strange spirits with true worship died. People who lied to the Holy Spirit died. God said above Come out of false churches. He means it. Jesus says those who overcome these rogue elements in the Church will not have their names deleted from the Lamb's Book of Life. This is real and my heart is heavy for all those who are still being deceived by these false prophets.
If the Holy Spirit is showing you that you are doing something dangerous please listen to Him and cease that activity immediately. Don't just minimize it to "take the edge off" that is Satan's lie to keep his control over you. Destroy everything associated with that activity - clothing, books, objects - by fire.
Buddhism, Hinduism, yoga, acupuncture, TM, martial arts, books of Lobsang Rampa, witchcraft, voodoo, sorcery, statues of Buddha, idols, astrology, Freemasonry, divination, visualisation, hypnosis, magic, etc are the lures, doors, portals that lead people into dangerous deceptions in which unseen demons plot their downfall. This is the spiritual war zone that every Christian has been given authority, weapons, and power to fight.
The enemy has successfully neutralized the church by infiltrating it over the centuries and turning its power from spiritual to secular. From Godly authority to humanitarian effort. So it's easier to donate millions to Cancer Research, or HIV/AIDS foundations, than to strike down the spiritual wickedness in high places.
Those who do engage in spiritual warfare have seen many miracles of healing of Cancer, Aids, and other diseases, which are pooh-poohed by doctors and scientists of the world. They can't explain how a person with a blood CD count of 150 one day can reverse the negative spiral to have a count of over 800 in one day!
This lady had been prayed for! The doctor in the laboratory phoned her to ask her what she had done to elevate her CD count. She said prayer and he put the phone down without a further word. What a pity he did not investigate properly. In this family her husband was healed of Aids, his CD count was 8 and elevated to 150 overnight.
No matter what laboratories discover, this is a demonic disease and can be fought by spiritual warfare. So can many other diseases. If you are a born again Christian anointed by the Holy Spirit you can help turn this scourge around. It is a huge onslaught but if we unite in Spirit against it, Jesus will break the chains around their minds and souls.
Pray for forgiveness and release all those you guided into any occult activity with you. Ask Jesus to set you free of the demons that have bound you. He will block them from you unless you invite them back. Have fellowship with other born again Christians and read your Bible. Renew your mind according to the will of God.
Prayer: Heavenly Father we need help to know the strongholds of the enemy in our lives and how he has blinded us to the truth about You and Jesus and Your Kingdom. Open our eyes to see and our minds to understand the dangers of this world. Jesus overcame it all so we could follow in His footsteps and spend eternity with You. Increase our faith and obedience O Lord, in Jesus' name. Amen.
