Scripture: Exodus 20 v 3 - 6: "Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments."
1 John 5 v 21: "Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen."
The first commandment God gave to Moses was You shall have no other gods but Me. This was for the Jewish people to have Almighty God as the one they worship forever. God was busy leading Israel into the Promised Land and He was giving them rules to live by.
All the other Gentile tribes worshipped false gods and did not know the God of Israel. They had heard of the mighty miracles He did to get them out of Egypt. They had heard about Him bringing them through the Wilderness of Sin and how He opened the Red Sea for them but drowned the Egyptian army. And the Gentiles were afraid. They were afraid and built higher and thicker walls around their cities.
Especially around Jericho. The walls were thick enough that 6 chariots could ride abreast around the top of the very high walls. When the Israelites were led there by Joshua, God instructed Joshua to send the fighting men of Israel to walk around the walls silently once a day for six days. On the seventh day they were to walk around the walls blowing trumpets loudly. What sonic boom God added to the noise is not mentioned but the walls of Jericho did not crumble, they disappeared straight down into the ground!
The people of Jericho thought they were safe behind their barricade but they were utterly defeated by the power of God. Whatever gods they worshipped were not able to save them.
Something similar happened to Nebuchadnezzar when he tried to force Shadrack, Meshech and Abednego to worship his huge golden idol. He threw the three Jews into the fiery furnace and saw four men walking around inside the flames totally untouched by flame or smoke. Nebuchadnezzar said the fourth man was like the Son of God. He then commanded the Babylonians to worship the one true God who actually does care about His People, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Whenever Israel followed a false god she became captivated by idols and images. This would lead to her being held captive by a foreign nation. After many years she would be released. In Egypt it was 400 years of captivity; in Babylon for 70 years; scattered throughout the world in AD70 for 1900 years.
But God Almighty always brought them back to the promised land as this was His Covenant with His Chosen people. They would be led back to Israel when they worshipped God alone and had no other gods.
When we turn aside from God to worship idols we become ensnared in cults. A cult can be defined as a group of people who choose to worship a god other than our Father and His Son Jesus Christ. There are thousands of Christian groups who are called sects or cults because they worship God contrary to the teachings of the Bible. They are deceived.
Churches that fall into this category are Roman Catholic; Anglican; Presbytarian; Methodist; Jehovah's Witnesses; Mormons; Seventh Day Adventists; etc. The cults springing up today include some aspects of Christian teaching but the do not conform to the anointed, sacred, Word of God.
Like the Serpent said to Eve, rather listen to me than God because do you really think He will kill you for eating that which is forbidden? He knows it will open your eyes to all sorts of wisdom and power that will make you like Him. As long as Eve didn't think, just believed him, he would ensnare her. And Adam too.
Roman Catholicism is a revival of the ancient Babylonian religion which was the root of eastern Mysticism. The real God of this church is Mary mother of Jesus. She is wrongly called Co-Redeemer with Christ; ever a virgin; Queen of Heaven; Mary Immaculate and the Assumption of Mary into Heaven. The rosary is groups of pagan prayer beads with ten times more "Hail Mary's" than "Glory be to the Father". There is no Pope, nor Cardinals, nuns, monks, Vicar of Christ, holy water, infant baptism or purgatory in the Bible.
Anglicans also do not preach the full gospel. It's was good of King Henry 8 to break away from the Papacy except for the reason of divorce as preferred over beheading barren wives. They kept the fine robes, high hats, traditions, pomp and ceremony. There may be born again, Holy Spirit filled Christians that are Anglicans but the general teachings are not "You must be born again". This also applies to the other main line churches.
In John 3 v 3 Jesus said that to even perceive the Kingdom of Heaven you MUST be born again. He used the words verily, verily, or truly, truly to emphasize the vital importance of what He was commanding. It was not an option. It was step one towards eternal life.
So any church trying to "climb up some other way" is like a thief and a robber John 10 v 1. There is no other way into Heaven. John 10 says that Jesus is the Door, the entrance into Heaven. No other God, religion, cult, mingling of spiritual truths with other experiences, no other way to make it Home than through Jesus Christ the Son of God.
Those who believe all ways lead to Heaven will become easy prey to being recruited into the One World Church of Antichrist. Those who change one word in the Book of Revelation will be condemned. God says all the woes and disasters of this prophetic book will be visited upon those who tamper with it. Our Father's wrath is frightening. Do not trifle with what He promises to do. Do not make idols, other gods or strange doctrines. Hell is the most terrifying way to spend eternity.
There are many Charismatic Churches that have strayed away from pure, uncompromising teachings into an 'anything goes if the congregation are entertained' mentality. False doctrines abound. Check out what you are being taught against the truth in the Bible. Remember what Peter wrote. One day is like a thousand years and a thousand years like one day. Since the Creation 6000 years was reached on 15th September 2015 at the time of the Shemitah.
I do not share these truths to hurt you but to warn you. God called me in 1979 to be an Intercessor and a Watchman to the universal church of born again believers. If I do not tell you then how will you know. If I do not obey God then if you die in your sins I am guilty too. I am more afraid of God's wrath than anything Man can do to me.
The onus is on you to make absolutely sure that the God you are following is the God of the Holy Bible. Jesus said there would be many following a false Christ. Make sure its not you. It has so far cost me everything I ever had to bring this truth to people. I lost my home, cars, marriage, business, bank account, as satan tried to stop me from sharing the truth.
By God's grace alone am I still alive to deliver this message today. The truth is written in the Bible but people's hearts have been blinded by idols. They run after famous preachers, TV Evangelists, and make idols of them and like Israel go into captivity for years.
When you seek the true and living God with all your heart Jesus will come alive in you the moment you become born again. By their fruits you will know them. How many of the so-called great preachers are not also Freemasons who serve Lucifer? If these are wolves in sheep's clothing, who else is deceiving you?
We are in the final countdown beloved brothers and sisters. Jesus is already sorting the sheep from the goats. Which pen will you be in when the Rapture comes? Antichrist deceivers can also do miracles and healings to draw multitudes away from the real Jesus. Just remember that the Rapture and Tribulation could not occur until Israel were back in their homeland 76 years ago. Just after the Holocaust. Any teaching contrary to this is a terrible deception. All liars will spend eternity in Hell.
So take stock of where you are right now. Make sure your name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life and that your sins are Bloodwashed not whitewashed. If you have not repented of sin in your life, cleansed by the Blood of Jesus, baptized by full immersion in water you are not saved and your name is not written in the Lamb's Book.
Revelation 21 v 27:
"And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life."
This was what was revealed to the Apostle John concerning those who would make it to Heaven. No matter what any learned person says otherwise, please do not take such a chance with your eternal destination. No other gods can save you. Only Jesus.
Prayer: Heavenly Father I pray that every person who reads this message will know without doubt their true standing with you. They have free will to choose whether to follow your ways or not. Lord You said that if I did not tell them the danger that their eternal life was not secure, I would be guilty of their eternal death. Jesus died to save us all and I do not want to miss eternity in Heaven. In Jesus' name. Amen.
