Scripture: 2 Timothy 3 v 15 - 17 "And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works."
The Holy Bible is the one true infallible standard in this crazy mixed up world. It has 39 books in the Old Testament and 27 books in the New. Most written by different authors over a span of 3500 years. All of them agree with one another, which is a miracle of God.
In the Old Testament there are 333 prophecies pertaining to one person, Jesus Christ. Every one of them was 100% accurate. From His being conceived by a virgin, His birth in Bethlehem, His wisdom to be called the Everlasting Counsellor, His miracles of healing and deliverance, His trial and agonising death, His rich man's grave etc. It was all prophesied long before He came to Earth to save us.
For this not to be true imagine a ball the size of Earth filled with grains of white rice. There is one grain of green rice. Put a scoop into the ball and pull it out first time with that green rice grain in it. The odds are so great that the number would fill 100 pages.
The New Testament starts with the four gospels. These four apostles lived and worked with Jesus for 3 years. They witnessed the miracles, healings, deliverances from demons blessing thousands of people. They saw the 5 loaves and 2 fish being multiplied to feed 5000 men with 12 basketfuls of left overs gathered in. They saw the storm over the sea of Gallilee calmed and Peter walk on water. They saw Jesus die and rise again.
The Word of God is true. In 40 years I have never once been misled by it. Its warnings are accurate; the promises are accurate; the life teachings are accurate. The Bible is called the Manufacturer's Handbook. All humans need this handbook to operate at their best. Follow the instructions and enjoy a healthy, fruitful and prosperous life.
This Bible is written by the true inspiration of our Creator who wants to save us from the awful consequences of sin. There is only one Saviour and one name who can save mankind, Jesus Christ. Until we have a personal relationship with Him through acknowledging that He took our death to which we were already condemned because of our sins, so that we can live for Him in a pure and righteous way.
The alternative will result in hearing Him say on the Day of Judgment four very chilling words: "I never knew you". He means that He never had a personal relationship with you, and you never knew Him either. Do not let the enemy of your soul keep you from Jesus, Heaven, our Father, for one more moment.
John 3 v 3 - 7: "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again."
From a digital viewpoint being born again means that you log in to Heaven with access to the Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit. Your name is entered into the contacts. It is entered into the Lamb's Book of Life, meaning your name is saved as one who will enter Heaven the moment you pass away. Without these logins and being added to contacts you will never get into Heaven.
Without being born again you will not be recognised at the Pearly Gates. You will be sent immediately to the only other alternative, the Lake of Fire. It was never made for man, only for Satan and his angels because they rebelled against God. Sadly, our Father had to enlarge it for humans that rejected Jesus as Saviour and Lord.
Your name must be written in the Lamb's book of life to be allowed into Heaven. Be sure of it and say this prayer now:
"Father, have mercy on me, a sinner. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, who died in my place to justify me. Please forgive me all my sins (..name them). I forgive everyone who ever hurt me (...name them). Please change me from sinner to saint. I repent - change my mind - about committing sin.
I take back every hurtful word, curse, judgment I made on people. I take back every curse word against God and Jesus and ask forgiveness for insulting You. Father please cleanse me with the shed Blood of Jesus Christ so all these wrong things will be blotted out. Father release me from all addictions to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, porn, sexual sin, and heal my body of all disease.
Jesus, I invite You to come into my clean new heart and be my Lord and Saviour. Write my name in the Lamb's Book of Life. I promise to daily pray, praise, study the Bible and have fellowship with other Christians. Thank You Jesus for Your love and salvation. Amen."
Don't ever look back at what Jesus saved you from. Keep going forward. Walk in His ways obediently. Find the path He wants you to follow.
As soon as possible be baptized in water. Then let Christians lay hands on you to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. This will empower you with wonderful gifts to enable you to witness to others about your faith in Jesus Christ.
