The Way to Unity
Scripture: Jeremiah 11 v 10:
"See, I have this day set thee over the nations and
over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw
down, to build, and to plant."
I cannot tell you strongly enough how the Lord God
Almighty impresses on me the need for unity in the Body of Christ. Without this
spiritual unity there can be no proper direction or common purpose.
Many are building their own kingdoms, twisting the Word
of God to suit themselves; creating God in their own image. In many cases the
problems migrate to other churches and multiply into a movement that is hailed
as a revival, which is simply not true.
I have spoken of the Toronto Blessing or Catch the Fire meetings
before. What the Lord gave me in response to my questioning Toronto was Acts 27
v 10: "And said unto them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with
hurt and much damage, not only of lading and ship, but also of our lives."
The Lord said the voyage - Toronto Blessing - would bring
hurt and much damage to the church and all believers; the Word of God and our
lives. And it has unleashed a strong evil substitute for the Holy Spirit, who
departed from them all, being grieved.
This substitute is known as the Kundalini, a strong demon
in the Occult. He is seen in Buddhism, Hinduism and Yoga. So it is not
surprising that very similar manifestations occur in Hindu religious practices
and among Whirling Dervishes, as are seen in Toronto meetings of supposing
Christians.
The raucous laughter, roaring, screaming, hissing,
barking, whistling, and other chaos that is touted as revival is so far removed
from Christianity and true revival that all lives it has touched have been
contaminated by demonic influence.
In 1 Corinthians 14 v 23, Paul was rebuking the church
for all praying in tongues for the whole meeting: "If therefore the whole
church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there
come in those who are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say you are
mad?"
Now Paul was addressing a church who were using a genuine
gift of the Holy Spirit but they were out of control. I cannot imagine the
words he would use about a Toronto meeting. In Verse 40 he says: "Let all
things be done decently and in order."
The current High Priest of the Torronto Movement is Todd
Bentley in USA. His preferred method of getting his congregation to fall down
in spirit is to punch them in the head. He has bouts of long absences while he
repents of drugs, alcohol and women. His meetings are attended by the
worshipped Angel Emma who sprinkles gold dust on the congregation and gives
some gold capped teeth. This is like the magicians of Pharoah in Moses' time
who could do some of the things he did but soon failed.
To even begin to bring genuine Christian unity to the
Body of Christ we have to root out, pull down and destroy the evil power of
Toronto meetings and set those hundreds of thousands of people contaminated by
it, free. Toronto false teaching has opened many doors to other false doctrines
that are helping to build the Antichrist's One World Religion.
This One World Religion is the false unity counterfeit of
the Antichrist. It has gained much ground already and specifically targets
Christianity and forbids the name of Jesus Christ. It offends other religions.
Oh really!
It seems that to achieve true unity we will have to
withdraw from churches who embrace false practices. Those who have departed
from truth to keep their members happy. Those who have become entertainment
centres to keep their members coming at all. In 2 Corinthians 6 God the Father
urges us to come out from among them and be separated unto Him.
No doubt we will, and are already, persecuted for our
faith because we choose to serve Jesus in truth and holiness. We refuse to bow
down to idols; Angel Emma; unholy men and their gross deceptions. In Matthew 7
Jesus says that there is a strait and narrow (strictly disciplined and moral)
way that leads to life and few there be that find it. The broad way leads to
destruction and many are going that way.
So your decision must be determined by how greatly you
truly love Jesus and want to see His body united in His truth, light and way so
that true faith exists when He returns. Or whether you think there is safety in
numbers and become like lemmings going over the cliff of satanic deception. It
sounds easy to make the right choice but you have to live with it and endure to
the end. However, Jesus will never leave you and always protect you.
There are many other movements springing up to deceive
the unwary but if you lay your life before Jesus to root out, pull down and
destroy everything false, He will build and plant you in His heavenly kingdom
for all eternity.
Prayer: Father God, lead us to the narrow way that brings
us to life. Let us remain pure in our Christian beliefs and please remove all
evil from our lives from false teachings and practices. Guide us through the
minefield of the counterfeit to the fields of peace. In Jesus' name. Amen.
